Terms and Conditions:
We are an authorized reseller of free-to-air equipment. We do not offer support for Dish Network, DirecTV, Bell Express Vue or any other premium satellite service. We do not condone satellite theft and will not accept returns on any box that has been modified in ANY way (including firmware upgrades). All boxes found to have been modified will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers expense. Tech support is for general questions regarding boxes and other RemingtonBell.com products. Many times questions may be addressed at forums such as http://forums.rembell.net or http://www.satelliteguys.us. These forums talk about true free-to-air. You may also find information on what satellites you will receive at http://www.lyngsat.com. Look for the unencrypted channels.
There are no returns. Period. Any product returned is for exchange only. Period.
We do not condone or support satellite signal theft. Any questions regarding illegal means of satellite decryption will not be answered and will be forwarded to the proper authorities.
Any purchase which is returned that is not found to be defective will be returned at the owners expense. Any product which is returned not found to be defective and is refused to be returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Period.
Any defective items found by the buyer is the responsibility of said buyer to ship back to RemingtonBell.com at their expense and NOT at RemingtonBell.com's expense.
Third, we are an authorized distributor of said products and the manufacturers have a limited warranty. Any product which has been modified in ANY way voids the warranty. This includes modifing or altering via third party software or firmware of FTA/DVB satellite boxes.
Any modification of said products voids the warranty and RemingtonBell.com or its associates are not responsible for repair.
Fourth, if there is a malfunction within 14 days of said product being received, RemingtonBell.com will replace or repair said product according to our discretion. Return shipment is the responsibility of the consumer who purchased the product in the case of any malfunction. After 14 days, it is the responsibility of said consumer to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement. It is no longer the responsibility of RemingtonBell.com or its associates.
Fifth, if any order is cancelled after being placed you are subject to all credit card transaction fees which includes but may not be limited to a 4% transaction fee plus 3.00 per purchase flat rate fee (varies depending on transaction type). There are no arguments concerning this provision.
These terms may be changed without notice and RemingtonBell.com is not responsible for what said individuals may do with their merchandise which they purchase through RemingtonBell.com or associates.
